THE RELEVANCE OF JALALUDDIN RUMI'S SUFISM EDUCATION CONCEPT TO CHARACTER EDUCATION IN THE DIGITAL ERA

This study aims to determine the concept of Sufism education according Jalaluddin Rumi, and its relevance character in digital era. The method used this research is library research. Primary sources are Rumi works, secondary books works that relevant discussion spiritual education. data analysis technique uses content method. results indicate ability transcend everything born (visible) with aim obtaining inner meaning behind it, related emphasizes realm spirituality (heart) because a reflection human heart. Facing era marked by being fast instantaneous, warns all us not forget process, something valuable can only be produced from maximum process. On other hand, also emphasized importance awareness, "one's attitude towards others", awareness here means aware people as they God's creatures, must able respect without any restrictions identity.Keywords: Education, education, Digital Era
